What is a running assessment?

During a 90-minute screening, we’ll assess the strength and mobility of the key muscles involved in running. After that, we’ll analyse your running efficiency on a treadmill using Runeasi technology.​​​​​

​How does it work?

Developed by the Belgian company Runeasi in collaboration with the University of Leuven, a wearable sensor measures your running efficiency. It tracks symmetry, dynamic stability, and impact loading as you run, providing a running efficiency score (0–100%) based on these parameters. With real-time biofeedback, we can check if certain cues improve your efficiency.

Based on these results as well as strength and mobility tests, we can determine the weak links in your body and design a personalised plan to improve them.​​
