WHO DO WE HELP

The Running Collective is here to help you in either of the following two situations:

  • You have an injury and want to get back to running pain free. This could be a running related injury (shin splints, ankle sprains, knee pain while running….) or injuries/events that keep you from running (post-partum, post-surgery….).

  • You want to improve your running or achieve a specific running goal (e.g. running your first marathon, running an ultramarathon, improving your PB on a specific distance).

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Jeroen Mattheus has been an excellent physiotherapist for me. While doing some street running I recently incurred a knee injury that stopped me from running completely. Jeroen was able to correctly diagnose the issue and help me strengthen and stretch the related muscles that was putting strain on the knee. I’m now back out running injury free.

 

What's even better is that as he’s a fellow runner, he was able to give me tips to improve my form and create a better program for my goals. I’d highly recommend him.
